Order Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required to begin production on all memorial orders. The deposit amount is typically 50% of the total order value. The remaining balance is due before installation or delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Before Production: If you cancel before production begins, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus any non-refundable design fees.
During Production: Once production has begun, deposits are non-refundable as materials have been sourced and work has commenced. However, we will work with you to modify designs within reason.
After Completion: Memorials are custom-made goods. Once completed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Quality Guarantee
All memorials are inspected for quality before leaving our facility. If you receive a memorial that does not match the approved design or has manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. This guarantee covers craftsmanship defects but does not cover damage caused after installation.
Installation Issues
If there are issues with the installation performed by our team, we will return to correct the problem at no charge. Installation issues must be reported within 30 days of installation.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about your order, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues. Alabama law governs all transactions and any disputes arising from orders placed with Ardmore Monuments.
